Wendy is a new member of our staff. She has a extensive food & wine background.
A trained chef as well as having studied with Kevin Zraly at The Windows on The World Wine School, Artisanal Cheese Center Master Class, The New York Wine School, The German Wine Institute, & WSET Certified with Merit from The International Wine Center. She is currently a candidate for the WSET Diploma program that serves as the stepping stone to the Masters of Wine.

July 4 7-10	Benmarl is open to the public till 10pm. Come join us for fireworks! Wine Club Only—Member’s 4th of July Potluck. Bring a dish to share with fellow members, and enjoy multiple fireworks displays up and down the Hudson!
July 5 July 6	July 4th Weekend Party! Food, Music, and extended hours to watch fireworks from the hill. Close out the weekend with a bang! Open until 10pm Free admission for everyone!
July 16	Women's Wednesdays continues with our Women, Wine, and Dancing! Come learn Latin and belly dancing while helping out a child in need in the Hudson Valley. This evening is a benefit for the Friends of Olivia foundation. Tickets are $40 which includes 2 hours of instruction, a complimentary glass of wine, and light fare, as well as a discount admission coupon for our upcoming Sangria Fest. 100% of the proceeds of the evening go to the foundation. July 18	Oooowoo! Howl at the moon at our Summer Full Moon Party! Camp out at Benmarl. Enjoy a bonfire, light fireside snack, a sing along, and sunrise wake up breakfast. Reservations a must. Members free
July 19	Benmarl’s Annual Baco Bash!!! Stay on after the campout, or come for the day. Sample the 07’ Baco Noir before it gets released and take advantage of reduced price 06’ vintage!! Listen to live music, and chill on the hill with a picnic lunch. Free admission for everyone!

August 16 August 17	THIRD ANNUAL SANGRIA FEST! Listen to music, learn the flamenco, and kick back with sangria punches, slushies, and general merriment. After all, it’s time to Sangria! Food available. Admission fee, members free!
August 30 August 31	Labor Day Weekend at Benmarl. Live music makes this labor free day so worthwhile!
Sept. 1	Free wine tasting
Sept. 6	Classic Car Show—In continuing celebration of our 50th anniversary, we are having classic cars, with 50’s food, music, and dancing! Join in the celebration. Admission free with classic car. Admission fee, members free!
Sept 13 4pm -?	Wine Club Only—Members Annual Harvest Picnic Under the Arbor. A time for friends, food, and wine. Bring a dish to share, we’ll supply the wine. A Benmarl member’s tradition since the early 70’s.
Oct 11 Oct 12	THE STOMP! IT’S HERE! Our annual Harvest Festival returns, bigger and better than ever! Music, food, vendors, hayrides, and of course stomping, how can you resist? Admission fee, members free!
Nov 12	Women’s Wednesdays returns with our last session for the year. Women, Wine, and Crafting while you enjoy your wine, learn how to make grapevine, cork, or pinecone wreaths.
